Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the websites, applications, online stores, digital features, tools, and other services made available by Black Rifle Coffee Company. They apply to activities such as browsing the website, purchasing products, creating or managing an account, participating in interactive features, submitting reviews or other material, enrolling in subscriptions, and using any other functionality offered through the Service. By continuing to access or use the Service, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these requirements as well as any additional policies that apply to particular products, programs, or features. Anyone who does not agree with the applicable conditions should stop using the Service.

Certain provisions may also affect the availability of jury trials or particular forms of relief. The Terms are interpreted under the governing law identified by the company, subject to mandatory legal protections that may apply in a customer’s jurisdiction. Gift cards may be governed by separate requirements concerning purchase, activation, balance, redemption, replacement, expiration, loading restrictions, unauthorized resale, and fraudulent activity. Physical and electronic gift cards may follow different procedures. Customers should protect gift card numbers and PINs and retain relevant purchase records. Gift cards generally cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law and may be subject to restrictions concerning products, locations, or redemption methods. Electronic gift cards delivered through email or mobile channels should receive the same level of protection as cash.

The company may periodically revise these Terms to reflect changes in its operations, technology, services, legal obligations, or business practices. Updated provisions will be made available through the Service, and continued use after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
